Quality and environment
At Lacuna, we have decided to take care of the environment. Both by means of the wood we are using and other products, but also by means of all other processes in the company.
It is therefore quite natural for Lacuna to be environmentally certified as such certification permanently sets new requirements for environmental adaptation for the company.
Also out of consideration for the welfare of our employees, an environmental certification is a good tool to ensure a good working environment in development.
Lacuna is certified by the CE-standard DS/EN 14351-1
At Lacuna, we manufacture products of the best quality. In order to be able to control the processes in the best way possible, documenting each step in the processes, it is only natural to use a quality management system ensuring optimum management of the company manufacturing processes.

The FSC® certification is a guarantee for wood and paper you can buy with a clear conscience.
In an FSC forest, no more trees are cut down than the forest has time to reproduce. At the same time, FSC is a guarantee that animals and flora will be protected, and that the people working in the forest are ensured training, safety equipment and decent wages.
Furthermore, FSC is the only global certification scheme enjoying wide support from green organisations such as WWF, Greenpeace and Nepenthes.
For consumers and buyers all over the world, FSC is, thus, the easy way of doing something good for the world's forests and the people living in it and near it.
